Yes, VAT and city tax are included in the room rates.

We accept all globally accepted credit cards. Always record your credit card details just to guarantee the payment. Please note that we are obligated to cancel your reservation if we do not receive a credit card as a guarantee. At the hotel you can also pay by debit card, please note that all of our hotels are cashless and we do not accept cash. Please contact the reservation department to make sure if this applies to the hotel of your choice.

Our check-in time is from 4pm onwards. If you wish to guarantee an early arrival, we recommend booking the night before. Please note that this is subject to availability.

We offer a 24-hour reception service, so you can check in at any time!

The hotel has no parking space on site. We recommend you to park your car at a nearby parking garage.

Although we really like animals, pets are unfortunately not allowed in our hotel.

Children of all ages are welcome, since our hotel is very child friendly. For children up to three years you can request a baby cot. Besides, we offer a children’s breakfast for discounted price.

Our check-out time is until 11am.

If you wish to extend the standard check-out time of 11:00, we charge a fee of €10.00 per hour until 15:00. You can add the late check-out option during the reservation process, subject to availability. If you have already made a reservation with us and would like to discuss adding the option for a late check-out, please contact us at info@hotelmiddelland.nl.

If you wish to check out after 15:00, we will charge an additional night. All extensions of the check-out time are subject to availability.

Yes, there is! You can leave your luggage with our front desk staff, they will safely (and for free!) store your belongings!
